How long does delivery take?
Usually 7 to 15 business days from the day you order: 1 to 3 days to process, then 7 to 12 days in transit. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. See Shipping.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $75 or more, otherwise $6.99.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the US only.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Fashion must be unworn with tags, and beauty products must be unopened and sealed. See Returns & Exchanges.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once an order has been processed it can no longer be changed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, all processed securely at checkout.
Is a product right for my skin?
Every product page lists its ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, patch test first and check the full ingredient list. We are happy to help: support@ellumie.com.
