30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Fashion must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original tags and packaging.
- Skincare and makeup can be returned only if unopened and still sealed, for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
How to return
- Email support@ellumie.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot accept returns sent to the wrong address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are not refundable. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we email you and issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or shade is to return the item and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund it in full, and you will not need to pay for any return.
