- Free standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more.
- $6.99 standard shipping on US orders under $75.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Items ship from our fulfillment partners overseas, so delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days after dispatch, or about 7 to 15 business days from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.
Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track it from your account.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@ellumie.com with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We will send a replacement or a full refund.
