Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

- Fashion must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original tags and packaging.
- Skincare and makeup can be returned only if unopened and still sealed, for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How to return
1. Email support@ellumie.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are not refundable. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we email you and issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
